What to prepare before your shoot day
A short checklist for the people on your side of the camera.
You've approved the plan and the date is set. Here's what makes the day run clean.
- Confirm who is on camera and send them the questions a few days ahead.
- Pick one or two rooms with window light and space to move.
- Wardrobe: solid colors, no small patterns, no logos other than your own.
- Clear the desk and the background. Nothing in frame that you'd not want a client to see.
- Have a point person available for the day to unlock doors and answer questions.
- Let the front desk know a crew is coming.
